§ 30-19. Authority for enforcement.

The members of the police force of the town and other law enforcement agencies have jurisdiction or as otherwise authorized by the mayor, the public health department, the fire department, or such other persons as authorized by the mayor, are hereby authorized and directed to enforce the orders, rules and regulations made or issued pursuant to this chapter.
